At Taiko Center Online Shop, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our traditional instruments and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
